Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your order. Most customers receive a handful of messages per rug — typically a pickup confirmation, a ready notice, and a delivery confirmation.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Stopping texts does not cancel your order — we will reach you by phone or email instead.
