What we collect
When you book a rug cleaning, request a quote, or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the rugs you want cleaned. If you pay online, payment is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
To schedule and complete your rug cleaning, to keep you updated on your rug while it is with us, to invoice you, and to answer questions you send us. That is all.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number to send you updates about your own order — pickup and delivery times, and when your rug is ready. See our SMS Terms for the full detail.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any other personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone.
Who we share information with
Only the services that let us run the business: our scheduling and invoicing system, our payment processor, and our messaging provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices
