Where is your rug cleaning facility located?
Our dedicated rug plant is at 11518 Pagemill Rd in Dallas. It is a facility built specifically for cleaning rugs, not a general carpet-cleaning shop or a truck-mounted setup. Every rug we collect across DFW comes here to be cleaned and returned.
Why does a rug need a dedicated facility instead of in-home cleaning?
Rugs need full water immersion and controlled flat drying, which are only possible in a purpose-built plant. At home, a cleaner can only surface-treat the top of the pile, and there is no way to submerge, fully rinse, or dry a rug flat. Our facility has the wash floors, rinse systems, and controlled drying space that in-home cleaning physically cannot provide.
What equipment do you use that in-home cleaners don't have?
We use dedicated dusting equipment, immersion wash floors, high-volume rinse systems, and controlled flat-drying areas. Dusting machines pull out embedded dry soil that home vacuums leave behind, and our drying setup lets rugs dry evenly without the mildew risk of damp in-home drying. This equipment is the core reason plant cleaning outperforms any in-home service.
Is my rug safe while it's at your facility?
Yes. Each rug is inspected and tagged on intake, tracked through every step, and stored in a controlled indoor space, never left outdoors or in the elements. Because everything happens in one dedicated Dallas plant rather than a moving truck, your rug stays in a stable, monitored environment from pickup to delivery.
