Who we are
These terms cover rug cleaning and related services provided by Dallas Rug Cleaning.
Quotes and pricing
Prices quoted online or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing is confirmed once we have measured and inspected your rug. If the price changes materially, we tell you before we start work.
Pickup and delivery
We schedule pickup and delivery in arrival windows, not exact times. We will contact you if we are running outside your window. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to release and receive rugs.
Condition of rugs
We inspect every rug on arrival and record its condition. Some pre-existing conditions — dry rot, prior water damage, unstable dyes, moth damage, previous poor repairs — cannot be corrected by cleaning and may become more visible once soil is removed. We will tell you if we find any of these before cleaning.
Results
We clean to the best standard the rug’s condition allows. Some stains are permanent. We will always tell you what we expect to achieve before we begin.
Payment
Payment is due on delivery or pickup unless we have agreed terms in writing.
Storage
Rugs left with us beyond the agreed period may be subject to storage charges. We will contact you before any charge applies.
Cancellations
Let us know as early as you can. There is no charge for cancelling before we collect your rug.
