What we cover
We’ll replace your pad free of charge if it breaks down on its own during normal household use.
- The pad’s layers separating or the backing breaking down.
- On our premium pads, the moisture barrier no longer keeping spills and pet accidents off your floor.
- The pad crumbling, disintegrating, or sticking to your floor.
- Our pads are built never to stain, discolor, or mark your flooring — if one ever does, we’ll take care of it.
What we don’t cover
This promise covers the pad failing, not damage done to the pad. It does not cover:
- Cuts, tears, or punctures — including pads trimmed or altered by anyone other than us.
- Pet damage — chewing, clawing, scratching, or accidents that puncture the backing.
- Burns, heat, or chemical damage.
- Flooding, standing water, or resulting mold or mildew.
- Using the pad on a floor type it isn’t rated for, or not following our care guidance.
- Normal cosmetic wear — slight flattening or fading that doesn’t affect how it works.
- Backing breakdown from prolonged direct sunlight (rotate the pad with your rug to avoid this).

We confirm it’s covered and deliver a free replacement to your door across DFW.
You never contact anyone but us. We take it from there.
The fine print
- Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase is required for any claim.
- The pad must have been used as intended, on a compatible floor, following our care guidance.
- We provide a one-for-one replacement of the same or a comparable pad; a replacement does not extend or restart the coverage period.
- This promise covers the rug pad only — not your rug, flooring, or other property.
- This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
- We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your claim applies.
